Returns or Exchanges
We want you to love your clothes and the way they fit, and we know shopping new stores online can be hard. We will happily offer a return or exchange.
The item must be brought back or mailed back to us within 14 days of the order being delivered. Must be in new condition, with tags, never washed and never worn, no makeup or smells.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Bras, Personal Items, Jewelry or Sale items. All sale items are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.
In Store Pickup: You have 60 days to pickup your items. After 60 Days, we will donate them to Frisco Family Services. The 14 Day return window starts at pickup, or 2 days from the 1st notification it is ready.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return for store credit. Inspect your items as soon as delivered and contact us immediately if there is any issues with your order.
You can get a mailing label on your customer account. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, but we get bulk discounted rates and it's less than the post office. Plus saves you a trip to the post office! We will deduct the cost of return shipping from returns if we send the shipping label.
