Shipping Policy
Shipping to the USA:
We offer free shipping for orders over $29.99, within the US lower 48 states. We ship USPS and UPS. Free shipping always takes the cheapest option between the 2. All other orders will be able to select the shipping service at checkout.
Please note, return shipping is at your expense. If we send a return label, it is deducted from your return credit.
In Store Pickup: You have 60 days to pickup your items. After 60 Days, we will donate them to Frisco Family Services. The 14 Day return window starts at pickup, or 2 days from the 1st notification it is ready.
How long does it take to fulfill my order before it ships?
We do our best to get orders shipped within 2-6 business days of being placed. You will receive an email when it is on the way! We often need to gather items from the various locations; we only ship out of our main Frisco store.
How long does it take for my order to get to me once it ships?
For standard shipping we use USPS. Estimated transit time for the continental USA is 3-6 business days, on average. How fast the postal service gets it to you depends on where you live in the country. We are shipping out of Texas.
Can you get my order to me faster?
Please find Jessica or Melissa on FB and send us a PM if you need expedited shipping. This is not part of our free shipping, but we will be happy to work with you and see what we can do.
Can I track my order?
Yes we send you tracking information via email, with your shipment confirmation (email address is required during ordering to enable this).

I live in Canada. Can you ship to me? What does it cost? How long does it take?
Yes, we do ship to Canada! Shipping is charged by weight. You will see the shipping options in on the checkout screen. We provide you with tracking, and the delivery time generally gets to you in 7-10 days.
Please be aware that Canada may charge you additional taxes, customs fees and/or brokerage fees upon delivery. These fees are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges, and can't predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country, and change periodically. Please consult your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates. If shipped USPS, they will hand it over to Canadian Post and the tracking number will go dead at transition, but we have found this to be the most affordable option for the customer.
